Multi-Device
You may install NORA on multiple devices associated with your account, subject to the limits of your plan.

API access is governed by separate usage limits and rate restrictions as described in our API documentation.
User Responsibilities
Account Security

Usage Restrictions
No Reverse Engineering
You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of NORA.
No Redistribution

No Automated Abuse
You may not use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to abuse NORA's services or exceed rate limits.
No Circumvention
You may not bypass, disable, or interfere with security features or access restrictions.
Intellectual Property
NORA, including all software, designs, logos, trademarks, documentation, and AI models, is the exclusive property of NORA AI. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.
- Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create using NORA
- Feedback: Any suggestions or feedback you provide may be used to improve NORA without obligation
- Trademarks: NORA and related marks are registered trademarks and may not be used without permission
Limitation of Liability
As-Is Provision
NORA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
AI Limitations
AI-generated responses are for informational purposes. NORA does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any output.
Liability Cap
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indirect Damages
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
By You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use NORA ceases immediately.
By NORA AI
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay applicable fees. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.
